Chris G.

Chris G. has extensive experience in global sourcing and procurement, currently serving as Head of Global Direct Sourcing at CRH since September 2016. Previous roles include Co-opt Member of the Executive Committee at The British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai and Director of Group Sourcing Asia at Travis Perkins plc, where sourcing capabilities in Asia were established and managed. Chris has held various positions in sourcing and trading management across several companies, including Kingfisher, MFI Retail Asia Limited, and Next Group PLC, with a strong focus on quality assurance and supply chain management. Academic qualifications include an MBA from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Hull.
