Damon Arnold

Damon Arnold currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Americas Materials at CRH, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Damon held positions at Permanent Solutions Group, including Senior Corporate Recruiter and Director of Executive Search, specializing in leadership recruitment within the construction and materials sectors. During an earlier tenure with CRH, Damon facilitated corporate recruiting across multiple divisions, overseeing talent acquisition for the South and Central regions. Damon's career began as a Recruiting Analyst at Permanent Solutions Group and included experience in the athletic department at St. John Fisher College. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the State University of New York Cortland.
