Eric Emerson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, development, and corporate planning across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Development at CRH since October 2016, Eric leads acquisition and greenfield development projects in western North America. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Capital Planning at JLL, where strategic leadership for Bank of America's capital planning was provided, and Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Associated Materials, managing significant real estate operations and strategic initiatives. Eric's extensive background also includes key positions at Lowe's, UBS Global Asset Management, Boise Cascade Office Products, and Jernberg Industries, and military service as a Naval Officer. Eric holds an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
