Eric Zarrouati

Eric Zarrouati is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in capital expenditure (CapEx) management across various industries. Currently serving as the CapEx Project Manager at Lafarge France since June 2021, Eric is responsible for developing a nationwide program for replacing control systems in factories. Prior roles include Project Director for CapEx and Performance at CRH, where Eric led and monitored group investments, and CapEx Project Manager at Republic Cement Services Inc., overseeing project definitions at the country level.
