Fergal Ryan

Fergal Ryan is an accomplished tax professional currently serving as the Head of Tax at CRH since July 2022. Prior to this role, Fergal held multiple key positions at the Kerry Group from November 2012 to July 2022, including Group Head of Tax, Global RD&A Commercial Finance Director, and Divisional CFO and Treasurer, overseeing financial activities and transfer pricing issues. Fergal has also lectured on transfer pricing at the Irish Taxation Institute and served as an Associate Director and Tax Manager at KPMG. Fergal's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU, an Advanced Diploma in International Tax from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and qualifications as a Chartered Accountant.
