Frederic Aubet

Frederic Aubet is an experienced executive currently serving as the Managing Director at CRH, overseeing operations in Romania, Ukraine, and Serbia since April 2016. Prior to this, Frederic spent 14 years at LafargeHolcim in various leadership roles, including Sales VP for Central Europe and General Manager for Cement in Hungary and Moldova. Earlier career experiences include senior positions at i2 Technologies and EY, focusing on supply chain and business development. Frederic’s foundational education includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Icam and a Diploma in Management from Birkbeck, complemented by further studies at INSEAD.
