Mark Lee

Field Service Technician

Mark Lee is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Field Service Technician at CRH since October 2015, Mark responds to all aspects of IT needs within the business. Previously, Mark worked as a Store Systems Specialist at Modell's Sporting Goods, where numerous projects involving state-of-the-art technologies were completed, including a company-wide POS upgrade. Mark's earlier roles include Systems Engineer at Aplion Networks and Network Systems Engineer at Lucent NetworkCare, focusing on application testing and the deployment of Cisco routers, respectively. Mark began the career as a Field Technician at Bell Atlantic Network Integration, providing on-site support and implementing networking solutions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
