Michael Saltz

Michael Saltz is a seasoned security professional currently serving as the Director of Security for the Americas at CRH. Previously, they built an enterprise-wide insider risk and data loss prevention program at Citrix and managed an insider threat program at Exelon. Michael's extensive background includes leadership roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where they served as a Special Agent and Unit Chief, overseeing diverse teams in counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and crisis management. They began their career as a Special Agent at the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, focusing on complex criminal and national security cases. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
