Paul Headd has extensive experience in the construction materials industry, currently serving as Country Manager ANZ for CRH since November 2009, where previous roles included Country Director for China and India and Operations Director for China in Aggregates & Concrete Products. Paul held the position of President at The Dolomite Group from August 2021 to June 2024 and worked for John A. Wood Ltd. (a CRH subsidiary) as Operations Director from September 1999 to October 2009. Earlier in Paul’s career, quarry management experience was gained at Stevin Rock from 1995 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mining (B.Eng Hons) from the University of Exeter and a transition to General Management degree from INSEAD.
