Ryan G.

Ryan G. is an experienced National EHS Manager with a history of enhancing environmental, health, and safety standards across multiple organizations. Currently at CRH since February 2021, Ryan has held roles as Site Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for Oldcastle Infrastructure and has achieved significant improvements such as a 65% decrease in Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) and a 456% increase in near miss reporting. Previous experience includes serving as Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at Howmet Aerospace, where Ryan led efforts resulting in a 54% reduction in workers’ compensation costs and co-chaired a Fatality Prevention Team. At Mars, Ryan directed a safety management system leading to zero recordable incidents over two years and fostered a culture of safety among employees.
