Seth Kern

Seth Kern, SHRM-CP, is an experienced recruiter currently working at CRH since February 2024, where over 165 employees have been hired and onboarded. In this role, Seth collaborates with over 30 hiring managers, maintaining a high level of executive presence to address staffing needs across multiple business units. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Corporate Recruiter at Smartlink Group, leading the recruitment process for over 400 employees and acting as a trusted advisor for over 600 staff members. Additional roles include a Corporate Recruiter and a Talent Acquisition Intern, where Seth developed skills in full lifecycle recruiting, candidate management, and fostering relationships with hiring managers.
