Steve Weller

Steve Weller has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Category Manager for Packaging Europe/ROW at CRH since January 2019, Weller previously held the position of Category Manager at Tarmac, where responsibilities included negotiating and managing UK national contracts for packaging and raw materials. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Sourcing Specialist and Sourcing Specialist at Lafarge, focusing on similar contractual negotiations for packaging and goods. Weller's early career at GKN PLC encompassed various procurement roles over an 18-year period, culminating in Senior Group Procurement Executive. Weller holds an MCIPS degree in Procurement & Supply Chain from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and a BSc in Combined Engineering from Coventry University.
