Johnathan Jones

Johnathan Jones is a seasoned legal operations professional currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Cribl since August 2021, following a role as Senior Manager in the same department. Responsibilities include managing operational functions, tools, systems, and processes for various areas such as commercial, compliance, and regulatory support. Prior to Cribl, Johnathan worked at the Arkansas Department of Human Services from January 2007 to August 2021, where the individual managed licensing, certification, and regulatory enforcement for Medicaid service delivery and contributed to drafting legislation and rules. Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Arkansas, earned in 2011.
