Mark Techaphunphol has extensive experience in IT and solutions engineering, beginning as an IS Administrator at 21st Century Insurance from 2004 to 2006. A transition to Interamerican Motor Corporation as a Help Desk Analyst from 2006 to 2008 involved problem-solving for a nationwide IT portfolio. Mark served as IT Engineer at Endsight from 2008 to 2010, providing customer-facing technical consultancy for over 95 accounts in the SF Bay Area. Mark then took on the role of Director of IT at Jump Associates from 2010 to April 2023, developing and executing IT strategies. Currently, Mark serves as a Sr. Solutions Engineer at Cribl since January 2025, after a stint as a Solutions Engineer at Netwrix Corporation, where recognition in the President's Club occurred in FY24. Additionally, Mark is an active member and graduate of the PreSales Collective Academy since August 2022. Mark holds a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
