Ty Nam

Ty Nam has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Currently, in 2022, they serve as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Cribl. Previously, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success at AppDirect from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, Ty was the Vice President of GTM Strategy and Operations at Pivotal, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Guavus Inc from 2012 to 2015 and as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success from 2010 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Ty held senior leadership roles including the position of Senior Vice President/General Manager of the Communications Services Group at Verisign from 2007 to 2010, President & COO at inCode Telecom Group from 2001 to 2006, Vice President of Operations at NorthPoint Communications from 1998 to 2001, Senior Manager at Deloitte from 1995 to 1998, Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young from 1994 to 1995, and Financial Analyst at First Chicago Corporation from 1990 to 1992.

Ty Nam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 1994.
