Simone Quadri

Simone Quadri is an accomplished HR manager with extensive experience in developing and executing human resource strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager Global at CRIF since December 2022, Simone oversees people management for six divisions and collaborates closely with the HR Director. Previous roles include HR Manager at PIESSEPI and HR Manager at IMA Group, where responsibilities encompassed succession planning, talent management, recruitment, and performance management. Early career experience includes roles in talent acquisition at Philip Morris International and Lavoropiù SpA. Simone holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Roman and Constitutional Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
