Michael G.

Michael G. has worked in the technology field since 1997. Michael started as a Lead Systems Engineer at Mac's 'N PC's, where they built, upgraded, troubleshot, and repaired all in-store PC's. In 1999, they worked as a Virtual Reality Specialist at Autolycus. From 2003-2004, Michael G. worked at Earthlink as a Broadband Technical Support Agent, providing tier one technical support, resolving issues pertaining to DSL and Cable connection difficulties, security, network setups, local configurations, software anomalies, and user errors. In 2004, they worked at both Computer Associates and PestPatrol, Inc. At Computer Associates, they researched computer attack techniques, vulnerabilities, exploits, and malicious code, and designed and developed a variety of automated malware acquisition and analysis systems. At PestPatrol, Inc., they provided technical support to customers, created technical documentation for both internal and external use, and trained new employees on computer security and related threats. From 2013-2014, Michael G. worked at Cablevision as an Architect, and from 2014-present, they have been the CTO at CRIMEWATCH Technologies, Inc.

Michael G. has focused on Computing, Psychology, Technology, and Martial Arts in their personal studies. Michael has also obtained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification from (ISC)\u00b2 in December 2012.
