Crimson Compass Advisory is a senior leadership and risk advisory practice. We work with executives, boards, founders and public figures where decisions carry real human, operational and reputational risk.
Our work sits at the intersection of leadership judgement, organisational risk and executive accountability supporting senior teams where pressure is high, information is incomplete, and the consequences of poor decisions are visible to regulators, investors, employees and the public.
We were founded on a simple observation: most organisational failures are not caused by a lack of systems or policies. They are caused by misalignment between leadership behaviour, risk exposure and accountability at the top.
We work with executives and boards to strengthen decision-making under complexity; surface leadership behaviours that increase organisational risk; clarify accountability at executive and board level, and prevent cultural drift from becoming a safety, governance or performance failure.
Our advisory approach integrates executive leadership practice, risk governance and behavioural insight rather than treating safety, culture and leadership as separate disciplines.
We are led by a seasoned health and safety professional and an EMCC Senior Practitioner in executive coaching, a rare combination of risk governance credibility and leadership expertise, operating within rigorous professional and ethical frameworks at board and executive level.
We are also the team behind SiteAssure - a purpose-built H&S compliance platform for multi-site operators. SiteAssure puts our governance thinking directly into practice: every obligation owned by the right person across every site, evidence always linked, and board-ready compliance visibility without a report to compile.
We are not a health and safety consultancy, a training provider, or a motivational coaching practice.
We work alongside senior leaders when judgement matters most.
