Gavin Tyler has been with Cripps LLP since May 1986, currently serving as Managing Partner, a position held since 2004. In this role, Gavin is responsible for strategic and operational management while remaining a senior member of the Employment Team, advising clients on employment law and HR issues. Notably, Gavin is recognized by Chambers & Partners as a leading individual in employment law. A partner since 2004, Gavin has led the Corporate Division, focusing on strategy and profitability for commercial clients. Gavin began legal training at Cripps Harries Hall & Co as a Solicitor and Associate, gaining experience in various litigation areas. Gavin holds an LLB in Law from The University of Manchester and completed education at The College of Law.
