Debasish Panda

Debasish Panda currently serves as the Sr. Regional Manager - Operations (East) and Head of the HR Committee for the CRISIL Foundation's CFL Project, overseeing 116 CFL offices across the East Region of India since September 2021. Prior to this, Debasish held various project management positions at RGAVP, focusing on Insurance & Pension, Financial Literacy, and HR, where significant recruitment from premier institutions was achieved. Additional experience includes roles in microfinance, operations, and customer service at various insurance companies and governmental organizations. Debasish holds multiple degrees and diplomas, including a Master of Arts in Sociology and specialized training in Insurance, Financial Accounting, and Information Technology Applications.
