Devidas Shinde

Devidas Shinde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and capacity building in the social sector. Currently serving as Regional Manager (Training & Capacity Building) at CRISIL Limited since November 2021, Devidas supports the development of training toolkits and materials for the CFL project. Prior experience includes roles as State Project Manager at Sambandh Health Foundation, leading a tobacco-free initiative in Uttar Pradesh, and as Lead Financial Security Mentor at Vrutti - Livelihood Impact Partners, providing financial inclusion support in multiple states. Other significant positions held include CSR-State Program Manager at EKAM Foundation, CSR Executive at Lodha Group, and various roles in health and educational initiatives. Devidas holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Walchand Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Sangmeshwar College.
