Partha Ray

Partha Ray is an experienced professional in model risk and quantitative services, currently serving as Director at Crisil since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 30 quants to validate more than 200 models for a global investment bank. Prior roles include Senior Manager at EY, focusing on P&L stress model validation for derivative pricing at a large European investment bank and Manager at CRISIL Limited, where Partha developed validation tests in Python for derivatives. Earlier experience includes a position at TransGraph Consulting, emphasizing econometric modeling, and a technical analyst role at Dell, managing change and release processes for APAC settlement applications. Partha holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
