Sarah Carson is currently the Director of Learning and Innovation (Advocacy and Campaigns) at Crisis Action, a role they have held since 2023. They previously served as the Head of Campaigns & Mobilisation at UNICEF UK in 2022, and from 2019 to 2022, they were the Global Head of Youth, Movements & Campaigns at Plan International. Their earlier experience includes positions at ActionAid and Kids Company, where they focused on project management and policy research. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths College and a Master of Science in Political Theory from the London School of Economics.
