William Glisson is a seasoned professional in emergency management and software solutions, currently serving as the President and CEO of Crisis Systems since November 2015, focusing on business development and operations for WebEOC® Software services. Prior to this, Glisson held the position of Vice President of Healthcare Solutions North America at Emergency Services Integrators, Inc., where management of key accounts and software training were key responsibilities. As the first Director of the Office of Emergency Preparedness at DeKalb County Board of Health, Glisson established a recognized preparedness program and initiated a top-performing mass dispensing program. Earlier experience includes serving as a Fireman with DeKalb County Fire and Rescue, contributing to emergency services across the region. Glisson holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University.
