Ali Discombe has extensive experience in sports development and community outreach, having served as a Sports Development Officer for Bromsgrove District Council and Carmarthenshire County Council from 2008 to 2017. Between these roles, Ali worked as a Community Outreach Manager for Your Pets Warehouse Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Ali's career also includes a position as Community Tennis Project Manager at the Tennis Foundation from 2012 to 2014. Recently, Ali has focused on fundraising, serving as Legacy & In Memory Lead and Community Fundraiser for Marie Curie UK from April 2023 to July 2024, and is currently the Fundraising Manager for Wales & South West at Crisis since July 2024.
