Daniel was employed by Crisis as the Director of Data, Digital, and Technology, where they worked on transforming the organization's approach to digital and technology to address homelessness. Prior to this, Daniel served as the Transformation Lead - Supporter Experience and Fundraising Digital Tech Lead at Crisis.

Before joining Crisis, Daniel worked at WaterAid as the Digital Content & Experience Lead and Digital Engagement Manager. Daniel was responsible for delivering high-quality digital content and engagement campaigns. Additionally, they served as the Digital Editor, overseeing content creation and publication.
