Ella O'Donnell

Ella O'Donnell is currently a High Value Administrator at Crisis, a UK national charity dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. With a background in marketing and sales, they have held various roles, including Account Manager at Squeeze and Marketing Executive at Iconic International. Ella transitioned into the not-for-profit sector in 2024 and served as a Philanthropy Administrator at Crisis before their current position. They obtained a First Class Honours BA in Dance Performance from Middlesex University in 2016. Ella is motivated by the passion of their colleagues and is deeply committed to the belief that everyone deserves access to a safe and stable home.
