Mike Carr

Mike Carr is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in operations and support roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Changing Lives Manager at Crisis since January 2024, Mike also volunteers as a Befriender with the Justlife Foundation. Previously, as Business Support Officer at Early Years Alliance, Mike spearheaded sustainability initiatives leading to ISO 14001 accreditation and authored a publication on safeguarding in early education. Mike's tenure as Head of Operations at Disability Africa involved overseeing daily operations and fundraising efforts. Early career roles included Project Development Officer at the University of Portsmouth and telephone research, demonstrating strong data collection and analytical skills. Mike holds a degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of Portsmouth and a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills from Varndean College.
