Rivka B.

Rivka B. is an experienced professional in housing and youth services, currently serving as Housing First Team Leader and Housing First Coach at Crisis since September 2020. Prior to this, Rivka worked at St Mungo's as an Assessment and Reconnection Worker, providing rapid-response support for rough sleepers in a high needs staging post. Rivka's experience includes serving as Programme Coordinator at Redthread, managing trauma-informed youth violence intervention programs, and as Education Project Manager at The Sabre Charitable Trust, overseeing teacher training initiatives in Ghana. Rivka's earlier roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Volunteer Coordination Intern at East African Playgrounds. Rivka holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Development with Social Anthropology and Politics from the University of East Anglia, alongside actor and theatre training from the Year Out Drama Company.
