Tom Fitzgerald

Tom Fitzgerald is an experienced professional with a diverse background in implementation management and outreach coordination. Currently serving as the Implementation Manager at CRISP Shared Services since August 2023, Tom previously worked as the CRISP Outreach Coordinator for MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society from May 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that role, Tom held the position of Admissions Supervisor at Nexus Family Healing for nearly 15 years, and earlier experience includes working as a Direct Care Professional at Woodbourne Center. Tom is an alumnus of Towson University.
