At RPA, Juarez served as a Senior Creative, crafting impactful campaigns for Honda and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, earning numerous awards. Currently, as Group Creative Director & Head of Design at Crispin, Juarez leads concept development, mentors creative teams, and drives innovative projects across various clients. Additionally, they have taught aspiring creatives at Miami Ad School.
