Crispy Cones is a viral soft-serve dessert brand redefining what it means to grab an ice cream.
We’re not your typical ice cream shop—we serve premium soft-serve inside a fresh, rotisserie-grilled dough cone, layered with spreads, gourmet toppings, and signature drizzles. It’s dessert reimagined: warm on the outside, cold and creamy on the inside, and built to be both unforgettable and Instagrammable.

Founded by Jeremy Carlson as a college student, Crispy Cones gained national attention after landing a deal on Shark Tank with Barbara Corcoran. Since then, we’ve expanded nationwide, opening locations across the U.S. through a fast-growing franchise model backed by strong branding, streamlined operations, and a passionate community of fans.

We exist at the intersection of premium dessert and experiential dining—making every visit something to crave and every cone worth sharing. From seasonal flavor launches and influencer partnerships to a curated in-store experience, every detail is designed to drive foot traffic, digital engagement, and customer loyalty.

For franchisees, we’re more than a dessert concept—we’re a full-scale support system.
With over 7 years of operational experience, in-house marketing, tech integration, and training programs, we equip our franchise partners with the tools and resources needed to succeed in today’s competitive market.

We’re building a brand that’s bold, elevated, and impossible to ignore—and we’re just getting started.
