Nigel Collins is a Business Development Consultant on the Citizen Experience Applications team at Oracle, where they modernize citizen engagements for public sector and higher education clients across Canada. Previously, Nigel served as the Manager of Retail Publisher Partnerships and now manages Agency Partnerships at Criteo, focusing on partnerships with IPG and Havas. Nigel's diverse background includes a role as a Summer Hire at the U.S. Department of State and internships at MicroStrategy and Spedition Services Limited. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and History from the University of Virginia and completed the International Baccalaureate at St. John's International School. Having lived in multiple countries, Nigel leverages a global mindset and French language skills to enhance service to clients.
