Raphaelle Grodner is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate tax. Currently serving as M&A and Transactional Senior Tax Manager at Criteo since July 2022, Raphaelle previously held various roles at Taj, société d’avocats, including Avocat - Manager and Corporate Tax, from October 2015 to September 2022. Additional experience includes internships in tax and auditing at HSBC, GE Power Conversion, Landwell & Associés, and Deloitte. Raphaelle's educational background features a Master's degree in Tax Law from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master's degree in Management from NEOMA Business School, complemented by an international exchange program in finance at National Chengchi University.
