David Coxe

David Coxe is a Criterion Systems co-founder and a board member, serving as an advisor on strategic development and investment initiatives.

He is also the President and CEO of ID DataWeb, Inc., a federated identity management software company providing infrastructure and applications to securely and privately share data across corporate trust boundaries using Web services. In this role, Mr. Coxe works with industry participants including government agencies, lawyers, policymakers, and business leaders to design, build, and use online identity solutions and trust framework ecosystems.

Mr. Coxe obtained a B.S. in Engineering with Honors and Distinction in 1978 from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
