Todd Madsen

Todd Madsen began their work experience in 1987 with the United States Air Force as a Services Craftsman/CSA until 2008. Todd then joined OnPoint, working as a Senior Help Desk Technician, NOC Engineer Tier I, and eventually NOC Engineer Tier II until 2013. In 2013, Todd moved to Criterion Systems, where they held the roles of Senior Linux/Windows Engineer, Senior Cyber Security Engineer, and currently serves as the Lead Linux NetOps Engineer.

Todd Madsen earned a Bachelor of Science in Information System Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 2001-2008. Todd also obtained an Associate of Arts in Japanese Studies from the same university in 1995-2008 and an Associate of Arts in Restaurant, Hotel, and Fitness Management from the Community College of the Air Force in 1995-2002. Additionally, Todd has received various certifications in cybersecurity and IT-related fields from institutions like Red Hat, Splunk, and CompTIA.
