Paul Stith is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategist with extensive experience in electric vehicle (EV) adoption, energy solutions, and infrastructure development. As the Founder and CEO of PROJECT Green OnRamp since 2010, Paul has been instrumental in promoting EV initiatives and shaping policy through participation in key standards development and advisory roles. Currently, Paul serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor at Critical Loop and as a Senior Advisor at GODOT, both of which focus on innovative energy solutions. In addition, Paul holds board positions at Forth and the North American Council for Freight Efficiency, contributing to the advancement of zero-emission transportation and sustainable practices. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Black & Veatch, where Paul drove transformative transportation and energy initiatives, as well as consulting with various entities on technology adoption and security. Paul’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and studies at Stanford University and the University of Cambridge.
