Hernán C. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hernán most recently worked at Critical Mass as a Senior Data Visualization Engineer, where they developed and maintained business intelligence data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau. Hernán also enhanced existing business projects and dashboards by applying DAX, M Queries, and logic to reduce manual work.

Prior to that, Hernán worked in Business Consulting, where they identified and understood business problems and their impact on the sales department. Hernán translated business objectives into solution requirements using analysis and modeling tools such as SQL, SSIS, Power Query, and Power BI. Hernán designed and developed high-quality business solutions for sales analysis.

Before their role at Critical Mass, Hernán worked at N3 as a LatAm Business Excellence Manager and Business Intelligence Specialist.
