Victor D.

Victor D. has over 20 years of experience in project management and digital initiatives. Victor has held various roles in different companies, including Senior Project Manager at Critical Mass since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Cognizant Softvision from 2020 to 2022, overseeing development and testing projects for clients such as AbbVie and GSK. From 2019 to 2019, Victor worked as a Senior Project Manager at FCV Interactive, managing web development projects for Best Buy and the Saskatchewan Energy Drupal CMS implementation. Victor also served as a Client Service Director at Mirum Agency in 2018, where they negotiated and managed project cycles and led digital initiatives for corporate and global customers. Victor gained experience in project management as the Project Manager Officer at LUNAVE from 2015 to 2018, where they developed the project management department and delivered projects on time and within budget using different approaches. Victor has also held roles as the Head of Digital at PRIMER NIVEL GROUP, Group Account Director at Likeable Media México, Digital Manager at CMV | R&R Partners, Digital Project Manager at Ingenia Agency, and Art Director at Xo Mkt - Web.

Victor D. completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2004 at the Universidad Tecnológica de México, where they obtained a degree in Communications with a field of study in Communication and Media Studies. After a gap in their education, in 2009, they attended the Intersoftware - Project management academy and earned a Project Management Diploma.

In terms of certifications, Victor D. obtained several certifications related to project management and agile methodologies. In 2017, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified Credential from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. In 2014, they received a Google AdWords Certificate Individual from Google AdWords Certified.

More recently, Victor D. acquired various certifications in agile and project management. In 2021, they obtained the Lifelong Learning certification from CertiProf, and the Scrum Master Professional Certificate - SMPC®. Victor also obtained the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from CertiProf.

In 2022, Victor D. earned two certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. Victor became a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master as well as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager. Additionally, in 2021, they received the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services.
