Rick Grace is an experienced network engineer with a strong background in IT services, network management, and operations. Rick began a career in network engineering at Calpine, where responsibilities included managing Cisco IP Telephony systems and supporting a multi-site energy company. Rick then held senior roles at Baker Hughes and Fiserv, focusing on network operations, global financial institution support, and troubleshooting complex network issues.
