Addison O'Dell is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in managed security services, technical support, and engineering roles. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Managed Security Services at Critical Start since November 2019, Addison has advanced through various positions including Manager of Security Implementations and Lead Cyber Security Engineer. Previous experience includes IT Manager at ET Investments and Technical Support Engineer at Splunk, where Addison supported enterprise customers and developed a strong grasp of the Splunk product. Earlier roles include Security Operations Engineer at Imperva and Technical Support Engineer positions at StrongView Systems and Microsoft. Addison holds a degree from the University of Arizona.
