CriticalArc was founded in 2014 by a trio that carries a diverse background in the construction, building operation and commissioning industries.

Eager to improve on the status quo, they set out to revolutionize the often tedious, cumbersome and dated approach to building commissioning by employing electronic technology and cloud-based interfaces that increase collaboration, lower costs and maximize transparency. Using CriticalArc's method, building owners and commissioning team members can access test results, deficiencies and key performance indicators in real-time.

Business services include; Building Commissioning, Retro Commissioning, O&M Planning and Integration and Construction MEP Staff Augmentation.
