Gary Kildare

Gary Kildare holds extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently, Gary serves as Chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee and Chair of the People Committee at the UK Ministry of Defence, in addition to multiple independent non-executive positions at Crowe UK, The Insolvency Service, and the Legal Services Board. Gary also acts as a Board Advisor and Mentor to C-suite executives at Criticaleye and is a member of The Court at Heriot-Watt University. As a Non-Executive Director at The British Quality Foundation and GlobalScot at Scottish Enterprise, Gary contributes valuable insights. Previously, Gary held senior HR positions at IBM, including CHRO for Europe and Global Head of Labour and Employee Relations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Law from the University of Stirling and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Leicester.
