Mark Spelman

Mark Spelman is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various executive and board roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of SAMpatee, a platform focused on adaptive homes and wellness through smart technology, Mark also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Buro Happold, where innovative engineering solutions are prioritized. As Chairman of Ridley Hall, Cambridge, Mark provides oversight for training in Christian ministries, and as a Board Mentor at Criticaleye, offers strategic guidance to executives. Additional roles include Chairman of Leap Confronting Conflict, Non Executive Board Member at Chatham House, and past involvement with Harlequins Rugby Union Football Club and Sport England. Mark’s prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Accenture, where strategic relationships and talent development were central to his focus. Mark holds an MBA in Economics from INSEAD and a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
