Mark Whitby serves as the Non Executive Chair for BibliU and Bud Systems, and holds the position of Non Executive Director at STEM Learning UK. With a wealth of experience in governance and strategic oversight, Mark also chairs Simms International and has been involved as a Board Mentor for Criticaleye since 2018. Additional roles include Non Executive Director for Automakit and former Non Executive Chair for Realife Tech and Codeplay Software. Mark’s previous leadership experience includes senior positions at Seagate Technology, overseeing substantial business segments across global markets. Mark earned a BSc in Economics from The University of Salford.
