Richard thrives on exploiting geospatial technology to drive process improvement through enterprise integration approaches. He brings 18 years of experience centered on adding value through the lens of “where” to business operations, analytics, and decision-making. He has led the successful delivery of multiple geoenablement programs focused on improving business processes, data management, and operational optics. He has also held a variety of positions at Critigen including GIS Competency Lead for North America. His specific industry experience includes clients representing state and local government, transportation, oil & gas, and utilities.
