Matt Scheer ☁ ⚡

Matt Scheer has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Matt began their career in 1996 as a Network Technician at NetCarrier. In this role, they provided customer support, tech support, and configured Cisco routers and supported PIX firewalls. After this, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at QuinTech Resources Inc in 2006. In 2007, they became a Web Developer/Network Engineer/PHP scripter at Sitecats Web Development. In 2008, they transitioned to a Software Developer role at Computer Software, Inc. (CSI). In 2010, they joined TargetX as a Software Engineer. Matt's duties included development on the Salesforce platform, coordinating other developers' efforts, and managing git and svn repositories. In 2017, they became Director of Technical Services at CRM Science. Matt's roles included owning and improving technical best practices and standards, owning internal technical content, training materials, and both onboarding and growth of team members, and being responsible for all delegated systems and their support. Matt was also the PDO/AppExchange Practice Lead and Architect and AppExchange Team Lead. As Senior Developer, they identified client needs and met them using Salesforce platform technologies.

Matt Scheer has a diploma from North Penn High School, which they received in 1997 after attending from 1994 to 1997. Matt also attended Montgomery County Community College from 1997 to 1999, studying Computer Science. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications from Salesforce, including a Salesforce Certified Application Architect (2023), Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect (2023), Salesforce Certified Data Architect (2021), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (2020), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (2018), and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (2017).
