Scott has a strong international track record of defining, planning, and delivering successful large scale strategic and digital transformations, at times while also leading existing customer delivery and operational teams – essentially upgrading the plane whilst keeping it flying. As such, Scott has experience being the consultant advising and enabling transformation opportunities but also knows what it is like to be the business undertaking the changes needed for tomorrow while continuing to meet customer expectations today.

Scott has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, having worked for or partnered with organizations in Australia (10 years),

the U.K. (4 years), and across Asia (8 years). Organizations have included banks such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest, and National Australia Bank, and wealth and insurance companies like MLC and AMP. During this time Scott has supported or led the delivery of a number of operating model, structural, customer segmentation, and simplification based transformations, as well as delivering core banking, CRM (Salesforce and Oracle), workflow, automation, and HR Services technology-related changes.

Currently, Scott is consulting on technology and business changes occurring from large-scale changes to wealth and life insurance organizations, whilst also advising a number of startups in the AI, machine learning, and digital services markets.
