Disha Desai

Disha Desai has a diverse work experience. Disha began their career as an Internship Trainee at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd in 2013. Disha then worked as a Brand Ambassador at BucketBolt.com from August 2013 to June 2014. In 2014, Disha worked as a Business Development Trainee at Browntape Technologies for four months before joining Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer Trainee in November 2014. Disha worked there until July 2016. Disha then joined the Great Place to Work® Institute (India) as a Business Analyst in July 2016 and worked there until October 2018. From October 2018 to October 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at Newel Technologies PVT LTD. Currently, they are working at CRMNEXT as a Business Analyst since October 2019.

Disha Desai completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology with Distinction from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Disha has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Disha is a Certified Business Analyst from TrainSmart Academy, a Scrum Master from TestDome, an Agile Business Analyst from TrainSmart Academy, a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the Management & Strategy Institute, a Project Management Essentials Certified from the Management & Strategy Institute, and a Scrum Foundation Professional from CertiProf. Disha obtained these certifications in various months of 2021.
