Edwin Joseph

Edwin Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2014, they worked at Ruwa Acoustics as a Web Developer and Graphic Designer, where they were responsible for designing, updating, and deploying webpages, as well as creating custom graphics for various media needs.

In 2017, they joined Canberra Web as a Web Development Specialist during an internship. Here, they worked with a senior business analyst mentor to develop custom-made websites and online solutions for clients. Edwin'srole involved gathering requirements and translating them to an internal team of graphic designers, hosting experts, and database administrators.

In 2018, Edwin moved to ECU Worldwide, where they served as a Senior Software Executive. Edwin was the process owner of an in-house ERP software application module used globally by ECU Worldwide and Allcargo Logistics offices. Edwin'sresponsibilities included software analysis, R&D, support, roll-out, release approvals, and maintenance. Edwin was also involved in iOS app development and design.

In 2019, Edwin joined CRMNEXT as a Business Analyst, where they worked on a prominent PAN India capital finance project. Here, they managed, developed, implemented, and maintained CRM software. Edwin gathered requirements and problem areas of the business and translated them into features and solutions. Edwin has since been promoted to Senior Business Analyst.

Overall, Edwin Joseph has demonstrated expertise in web development, graphic design, software analysis, and business analysis throughout their career.

Edwin Joseph completed their Master's Degree in Information Technology and Systems from the University of Canberra between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI, from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Edwin has obtained certifications as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in October 2019. Edwin also holds a certification in Electronic Keyboard - Grade 5 from Trinity College London and an English Proficiency certification with an overall band score of 8 from IELTS Official.
